About the Church
Celebration at the Well Everett meets in a faith-based coffee house and is focused on reaching people through a Marketplace Ministry approach. The church's vision is to evangelize, especially within the Brazilian community in Everett, Malden, and surrounding areas by building relationships in everyday spaces. It also seeks to help members grow in their faith through a Small Groups model, emphasizing discipleship based on John 17:21–23 and encouraging believers to live out the Great Commission (Mark 16:15) using their unique gifts, talents, and opportunities.
Marketplace Ministry
A church that's alive every day of the week. Our concept of church goes far beyond a space where members gather, which is why our church meets in the space of a coffee shop. Through the Marketplace Ministry, we take the church into everyday spaces, especially the workplace where people naturally spend their time. It’s not just about inviting people to church, but bringing the church to them.
Our church has a strong focus on evangelism. We encourage members to be present at the coffee shop throughout the week, whether working remotely, meeting for discipleship, having personal conversations, or holding team gatherings. Our goal is to make the space welcoming during all hours of operation. To support this, we provide specific training that equips people to engage in meaningful gospel conversations and extend invitations to church in natural, intentional ways.

Beliefs
1 . God
We believe there is only one God: true, living, perfect, infinite, and eternal.
2. Jesus Christ
We believe that God came as a man in the person of Jesus, and that He is fully God and fully human.
3. Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and that He empowers us for life and service.
4. The Bible
We believe that the Bible is the final authority in all matters of Christian faith and practice.
5.Humanity
We believe that human beings were created by God but that we have been separated from Him and need reconciliation.
6. Salvation
We believe that through the gift given to us by the death of Jesus on the cross, our rebellion can be forgiven, and through repentance and faith in Jesus, we can be reconciled with God.
7. The Church
We believe that the Church is universal and is manifested locally in the fellowship of followers of Jesus, meeting locally as the "Bride of Christ."
8. Sacraments
We believe that baptism and the Lord's Supper are signs of the reality of salvation. We have been commanded to practice them, but they are not necessary for salvation.
9. Last Things
We believe that Jesus will return at the time appointed by God.
About The Church Planter Family
It’s amazing how God often does far more than we can imagine or plan for.
Matheus and Deborah had every reason to follow a different path. Deborah was studying Journalism at one of Brazil’s top universities, and Matheus was a successful young entrepreneur, having founded a pizza chain with over ten locations. But one decision changed everything. While they were still dating, Deborah suggested they enroll in a theological seminary to deepen their faith and build a solid foundation for their future. They spent two years in preparation and, just before graduation, remembered a commitment they had made:
to marry by the end of seminary. In just a month, they raised more than enough to plan their dream wedding. During that time, God stirred a deeper question in their hearts: “For what purpose were you created?”
While many around them gave good answers like success, blessing others, helping their communities, God led Matheus to a clear and specific response through John 17:21–23: that we were created to be one with the Father, just as Jesus is one with Him. Not simply to live a good life, but to live in unity with God and reveal His love to the world.
Ironically, they were living their dream with a new car, a recent cruise, everything going well, when Matheus was invited to speak on Christian entrepreneurship in Boston. What seemed like a single event turned into a life-changing calling. They saw how many Brazilians in the U.S. were pursuing material success, but lacked deep spiritual connection. It became clear: they were called to shepherd these people back to the heart of the Father.
In response, they made a radical move. Leaving everything in Brazil, they came to the U.S. with just two suitcases and the certainty of their calling. Since then, God has shown His extravagant grace and everything they worked years for in Brazil was given here freely, by His provision. Matthew 6:33 became real: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." And just one day before their 2 year anniversary the Lord blessed them with sweet Stella who came to brighten their lives even more.
Today, they have a place to plant their church, Celebration at the Well Everett, and are praying for God’s provision to fulfill the mission. Their hope is that through their ministry, others will come to see that the greatest purpose in life is to be one with Him.
